Most of the library is rooted in Scripture and Christian prayer. A small number of sessions are non-religious for moments when you want practice without explicit faith framing. Both are tagged clearly so you know what you're pressing play on.
For meditation: nothing. A quiet spot is plenty. For gentle movement: a yoga mat helps, but a soft floor and a folded blanket work just as well.
