Why Breath & Prayer
As a meditation teacher, mom, and entrepreneur, I’ve lived through the chaos of busy mornings, endless to-do lists, and seasons where quiet time with God felt impossible. I created the Breath & Prayer Journal because I longed for a simple, intentional way to pause, pray, and breathe with Him throughout the day.
This journal is more than pages. It’s a sacred space to pour out your heart, reflect on His goodness, and hold onto His promises through every season of life.
