Meditation encompasses the practice of reaching ultimate consciousness and concentration, to acknowledge the mind and, in a way, self-regulate it.
Meditation is known to:
Improve focus and concentration
Increase happiness and well-being
Decreased stress, anxiety, and depression
Better sleep, improved immune functioning, and less chronic pain
In our sessions I will lead you based on my additional training in meditation and mindful based stress reduction (MBSR). Each session will begin with intention setting and a discussion of your needs followed by breath work and a guided meditation. After each session you will receive notes and tools to continue the practice on your own.
Sessions are completed in the comfort of your own home, online via skype/zoom, or via telephone.
