When living in a world that is so consumed with the doing it is important to find time to prioritize the being by becoming more mindful. Learn the tools to bring more calm into your life and balance out the hectic world.

Meditation encompasses the practice of reaching ultimate consciousness and concentration, to acknowledge the mind and, in a way, self-regulate it.

Meditation is known to:

  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Increase happiness and well-being

  • Decreased stress, anxiety, and depression

  • Better sleep, improved immune functioning, and less chronic pain

Each session will begin with intention setting and a discussion of your needs followed by breath work and a guided meditation. After each session you will receive notes and tools to continue the practice on your own.

Sessions are completed in the comfort of your own home, online via skype/zoom, or via telephone.
