A 1 hour workshop where you will learn how to become more mindful of your natural breathing patterns and learn techniques to breathe more effectively. We will explore our natural unchanged breathing patters as well as a few pranayama (breath control) techniques in order to establish our essential breath that lies right in the middle of the spectrum.

Breathwork is also known to facilitate release of blockages within the body, improve room for relaxation, and ease mental and physical stress.
