I've always been obsessed with smoothies. It's always like how can something so healthy be sooo yummy?!
It's perfect for a meal on the go but what if I want to sit down and enjoy my smoothie breakfast?

I've recently discovered the idea of a smoothie bowl and thought how cool. Still the same concept but a little thicker with extra toppings to make it a little more substantial.
Here's a recipe for one of my favs. enjoy:)
Green Smoothie Bowl
What you will need:
- Handful of Kale
- Handful of Spinach
- Few strawberries
- Frozen Banana
- Cup of ice
- Milk and water
- Optional: Vanilla whey protein powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Be careful not to over blend and make too creamy due to the fact this is an "eatable" smoothie vs "drinkable".
- Chia seeds
- Whole grain oats
- Dried cranberries
Serve in a bowl and enjoy with a spoon:)
