So I'm one of the few in the world who is actually trying to gain weight! Haha But healthy weight. I've been slim my entire life and I enjoy working out so I have to make sure I intake enough calories to at least balance out what I burn. I struggle sometimes with getting calories because I get full so easily. Here's a light snack that has almost 500 calories that I can eat between meals. It's the perfect summer time salad! What you will need
- 3 cups of Half & Half Greens (spring mix and spinach) 17cal
- 1 small packet (1.16oz) of Cherry Craisins 110cal
- 1/3 pack of salted sunflower kernels 170cal
- 4 tbsp Olive Garden Italian Dressing 160cal
Total Calories: ~457
So yummy healthy and light enough so that you'll be hungry in a hr haha. And for those that are not trying to gain weight feel free to make this a lunch, half the dressing!
